What is grounded today:

the API server is real and runnable
/health is live
billing checkout, billing state, and billing portal flows have been validated live according to the repo rollout/status docs
auth/clientRef enforcement paths and quota headers have been exercised
active billing state has been observed live, while plan/price interpretation still needs cautious reading

What is not promised here:

no production SLA
no finalized uptime guarantee
no claim that operational hardening is fully complete
no claim that plan naming or price mapping is already final public commercial policy
