QuickContact for Real Estate

Capture listing contacts and export property-ready rows.

QuickContact Browser Companion helps agencies capture visible listing contacts from property portals, agency pages and listing pages, then export supported fields into the team spreadsheet.

Extracts fields when they are visible and supported by page context. It does not promise to perfectly identify every listing on every website.
Product ladder

From page capture to property-ready rows

Capture the contact from the browser, create the standard team row, and add the Real Estate row for property/listing fields when the page supports it.

Browser Companion workflow

Turn listing research into team spreadsheet rows.

Real estate teams already find numbers and emails inside listing pages, property portals and agency sites. QuickContact keeps the useful page evidence attached so the spreadsheet row remains reviewable later.

1. Open listing or agency page

Work from the property portal, listing page, agent profile or agency site your team is already reviewing.

2. Capture visible contact

Capture the visible phone, email, agent, agency and source URL with useful surrounding page context.

3. Export to team spreadsheet

Send the standard contact row and supported Real Estate fields into the configured team spreadsheet.

Real Estate fields

Property-ready fields for agency review and follow-up.

Real Estate export also fills the standard team tab. The property fields are extracted when they are visible and supported by page context, with evidence and notes kept for review.

Property record

Listing basics

  • Listing reference
  • Listing status
  • Property title
  • Property type
  • Typology
These fields make the row recognizable before anyone opens the source page again.
Location and specs

Property details

  • Price and currency
  • Useful, gross and land area
  • Bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Locality, region and country
Areas and room counts are only filled when the page gives enough evidence.
People and contact

Agent-side fields

  • Agent or agency
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Evidence and notes
The standard team tab keeps the reusable contact row; the Real Estate tab adds property context.
Google Sheets export

One capture can fill both the standard team row and the Real Estate row.

This is a clean table mock, not a screenshot. It shows the intended row shape for configured Google Sheets exports.

The standard team tab remains useful for every capture. The Real Estate tab adds property/listing fields for agencies that need a row ready for review, follow-up and spreadsheet filtering.
