These Terms govern access to and use of SaveCall, including the SaveCall website, browser extension, mobile app, dashboard, and API services.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using SaveCall, you agree to these Terms. If you use SaveCall on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. What SaveCall provides
SaveCall helps users and teams turn phone numbers into better contact drafts and likely entity matches. Depending on the product flow, SaveCall may use page context, structured signals, lookup workflows, confidence scoring, and alternative candidate presentation.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You may need an account to use some parts of SaveCall. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use SaveCall to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others;
- scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service in an abusive way;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security protections;
- submit malicious content, spam, or automated abuse traffic;
- use the service in a way that could harm the availability, integrity, or reputation of SaveCall.
5. API, pilots, and beta features
Some SaveCall features may be offered as pilot, preview, early access, or beta services. These features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Pilot and beta features may have lower availability or fewer guarantees than generally available services.
6. Fees, subscriptions, and billing
Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis or under a separate commercial agreement. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed fees, taxes, and any applicable overage or usage charges.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled, unless your plan or contract states otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
7. Data and customer content
You retain responsibility for the data, phone numbers, inputs, prompts, or business information you send to SaveCall. You confirm that you have the right to use and submit that data.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and deliver the service.
8. Intellectual property
SaveCall, including its software, branding, design, documentation, and service logic, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except where the law or a written agreement says otherwise, we retain all rights in the service.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of SaveCall at any time. We may also change pricing, plan limits, and technical requirements, including request caps, fair-use protections, or supported integrations.
10. Disclaimers
SaveCall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect match accuracy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to use of SaveCall.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SaveCall if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service, or use the service abusively. You may stop using SaveCall at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
